Potremmo quasi dire che è nato un nuovo genere di videogiochi, un genere che si può odiare, amare o, per quanto riguarda i meno interessati fra noi all’argomento, tollerare nella sua esistenza. Io adoro definire questa categoria come “easy platinum game”, cioè quella categoria, o genere che dir si voglia, di videogiochi che presentano queste caratteristiche: l’ottenimento del Platino è estremamente facile e veloce (seppur noioso, spesso) e il costo è contenuto in pochi euro. Bene, avete capito tutti di quali giochi sto parlando, ma tanto per citare uno dei capostipiti, pensiamo a My Name is Mayo. Il qui presente Crypt of the Serpent King è proprio uno di questi.

Che dire, ottenere il platino di Crypt of the Serpent King sarà davvero una passeggiata, per ottenere tutti i trofei del gioco dovrete semplicemente arrivare alla fine di ogni livello e uccidere il boss, solo che dovrete farlo 3 volte, una per ogni difficoltà che il gioco propone. L'unica che potrebbe creare qualche problema è la difficoltà hardcore, ma se userete il trucchetto di allontanarvi dal nemico mentre questo vi attacca e attaccarlo a vostra volta subito dopo (strategia valida anche con i boss!) diventerà tutto una passeggiata.
Ho alcuni consigli per voi: livellate l'attributo velocità il prima possibile e subito dopo forza, non prendete le armi a distanza (sono totalmente inutili), e cercate di comprare la spada il prima possibile.
