Informazioni Generali

Prima di addentrarci nella recensione, facciamo un breve riepilogo della storia di Wasteland 2: Director’s Cut. Innanzitutto partiamo parlando del primo capitolo della serie, uscito nell’ormai lontano 1988. Il titolo era un gioco di ruolo ambientato in uno scenario post-apocalittico e il suo enorme successo ispirò un’altra serie, diventata addirittura più famosa, come quella di Fallout. A più di vent’anni dal lancio del primo Wasteland, grazie ad una campagna Kickstarter, i ragazzi di inXile Entertaiment sono riusciti a regalare un secondo capitolo alla serie con Wasteland 2. La produzione, inizialmente esclusiva PC, venne poi annunciata per le console fisse ed eccoci arrivati alla nostra Director’s Cut, edizione che tra le altre cose non solo adatta il gioco al pad da console, ma potenzia comparto grafico e aggiunge tantissimi altri contenuti alla già ricchissima offerta di base.
