Gli zombi, quelle entità che probabilmente sono considerate un punto cardine dell’horror, usati e abusati in ogni settore esistente, dal cinema ai videogiochi, fino a passare alla letteratura. Per George Romero gli zombi, invece, non erano altro che la rappresentazione del popolo senza idee autonome, che a un certo punto si ribella contro i poteri forti. Gli zombi, probabilmente, siamo noi. Oggi si possono trovare molte versioni dei morti viventi, specialmente nei nostri amati videogame. Per esempio non si possono non citare quelli classici dei primi Resident Evil, fino a passare a quelli più intelligenti e in grado di utilizzare armi e guidare mezzi dei capitoli seguenti, quelli versione “tsunami” di famose app per dispositivi mobili, semplici infetti o letteralmente morti che resuscitano. Insomma, ne abbiamo di tutti i tipi, probabilmente. Quindi perché non creare anche un picchiaduro a scorrimento a tema zombi?
