Con questo canto si alza il sipario su The Bard’s Tale IV, nuovo capitolo di una saga storica che, a fronte di un comparto tecnico limitato per gli standard dell’epoca, si serviva della narrazione particolare per far breccia nei cuori dei giocatori. Nonostante le recenti operazioni di rimasterizzazione e porting, era dal 1988 che non si vedeva all’orizzonte una nuova avventura cantata dai bardi. Quella di cui parliamo oggi è una Director’s Cut, una versione rivisitata dell’ultimo capitolo, The Bard’s Tale IV: Barrows Deep, un’edizione pensata per console e contenente alcuni contenuti inediti.
