The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing è stata, fin dal momento della sua uscita, una serie difficilmente interpretabile. Dopo un primo capitolo che aveva fatto tremare pure un colosso del calibro di Diablo III, la produzione targata NeocoreGames non ha saputo confermarsi con un secondo capitolo degno di nota; tant’è che l’attenzione attorno al marchio è finita con l’andare a scemare con il tempo. Le stranezze però non finiscono qua. Gli sviluppatori, infatti, con ben cinque anni di ritardo rispetto all’uscita su PC, hanno deciso di portare questi titoli anche su home console con alcuni porting che, prima su Xbox e in seguito su PlayStation 4, non hanno fatto altro che riproporre in chiave casalinga le stesse problematiche della versione Steam.
